Product description Audiophony iLINE SET Composition 2040W

For larger sound reinforcement setups, column speakers and the bass section need to work together as a matched system. The active stereo column PA set Audiophony iLINE SET Composition 2040W combines four iLINE83B columns with two active and two passive 12-inch subwoofers. The stated total output is 2040 W RMS, with a maximum sound pressure level of over 120 dB.

The two iLINEsub12A units provide system amplification and power the columns; the passive iLINEsub12P units extend the bass section. This means no separate power amplifier is needed to operate this speaker configuration. The four columns can be assembled and taken apart using their stackable connection system. The subwoofers can be positioned vertically or horizontally, depending on the available space and setup.

The set includes the iLINEbox and two iLINEcord60 cables for configuring the integrated DSP. The box connects the computer via USB to the active subwoofer's RJ45 DSP connection; control is handled using the supplied software. On the DSP, you can adjust the crossover frequency, EQ, delay and compressor. Without a computer, the system runs using its factory-set DSP preset.

Signal routing is via balanced XLR line connections. Amplified outputs connect the active subwoofer to the columns and passive subwoofer; Speakon connections are provided for this purpose. The Speakon pin assignment separates the full-range signal on 1+/1− from the bass signal on 2+/2−. The active subwoofers are powered via Powercon.

With four columns, four subwoofers and DSP connectivity, the set is designed for larger sound reinforcement setups. It is suited to stereo PA setups for events and live performances where column speakers are to be combined with additional bass amplification and software-based DSP adjustment.

With small live setups, microphones, playback devices and bass support need to come together without a separate rack. The Audiophony Mojo2000 Live combines an active 12-inch subwoofer, a column and an integrated 4-channel mixer. The system is designed for small bands and DJ sets and reaches a height of approximately 2.14 metres when assembled. The two microphone/line inputs use XLR/jack combo sockets; each also has an XLR link output. Channel 3 accepts a line signal via jack. On the fourth mixer channel, you can feed in a stereo line signal via RCA or audio via Bluetooth.
