Product description American DJ Laser Micro 3D

Rotating laser beams create moving patterns on walls, ceilings or dance floors with this effects unit. The American DJ Laser Micro 3D projects more than 200 red and green beams that move back and forth. The compact unit operates independently and does not require external control.

In automatic mode, the laser runs through its built-in programmes independently. In sound-active mode, they respond to the rhythm. You can change the mode and adjust the programme speed on the unit; the included wireless remote also controls colours, rotation and blackout. You can choose red, green, red-green or random playback for the colour, and clockwise or anticlockwise rotation or random playback for the rotation.

The Micro 3D is fan-cooled and draws a maximum of 9 W. A switching power supply for 100 to 240 V AC at 50/60 Hz is included. The green laser operates at 30 mW and 532 nm, while the red laser operates at 80 mW and 650 nm. The lightweight housing and the included dual bracket make transport and mounting easier.

The unit is designed for indoor use and complies with FDA requirements. Laser beams can damage your eyes: do not point them at people or reflective surfaces. According to the operating instructions, the unit must be installed so that no one can look directly into the beams; the light beams should be at least three metres above the floor. Operating a laser show requires a competent, trained operator.

With its automatic and sound-active programmes, the laser is suitable for mobile entertainers, bands and parties in bars and clubs. Its standalone operation and remote control are particularly useful when you want to use a compact effect without a separate control desk.
