Allen & Heath ZED-6FX

The ZEDi-6FX mixer combines simplicity, intuition and efficiency in a rugged housing that can be used anywhere. It doesn't matter whether musicians, technicians or amateurs use it: the intuitive console gives everyone the possibility to create smaller sound reinforcement and jam sessions without sacrificing quality.

... is no problem at all, because the simple design makes it easy to find and understand not only inputs but also all other features. Starting with the inputs there are 2 microphone, 2 line/str. and 2 stereo inputs available. This means that not only vocals can be recorded, but also guitars and keyboards. Guitarists will enjoy the 2 inputs with high inputs and can leave additional D. I. boxes at home or in the cabinet. 

Two XLR outputs for the left and right channel are available to send all signals to the PA speakers or to the monitors in the studio. To be able to switch between these applications there is a switch directly below the section. A headphone output is also a must-have feature, so you'll find it in the lower right corner of the Main Mix slider, which adjusts the overall volume of your mix.
