Alesis Transactive LIVE

For small performances without a fixed power connection, you need a PA system that can be set up without a separate rack. The Alesis TransActive LIVE combines an amplifier and a 2-way speaker in a portable enclosure with a carry handle and can be powered by its built-in battery.

Three inputs are available for a microphone, instrument and other audio sources: an XLR/6.3 mm combo input, a 6.3 mm jack input and a pair of stereo RCA inputs. An integrated iPod dock accommodates compatible iPods as an additional playback source. A further 6.3 mm jack output is also provided.

The Class-D amplifier delivers 16 W of output power with less than 1% THD. With typical use, the internal rechargeable lead-acid battery provides around 12 hours of operation; a full charge takes approximately the same amount of time. AC operation and charging at the same time are possible, so you can continue using the system while it is connected to the mains. An indicator shows the charging status.

At 9,16 kg and with an integrated carry handle, the system can be moved between the rehearsal room, small events and performances. Battery or mains operation and direct inputs for microphones, instruments and playback devices make it suitable for compact PA setups that require a dock, amplification and speakers in one device.
