For DJ monitoring and studio work, a closed-back design screens out some ambient noise. The AKG K67 TIËSTO is a dynamic, on-ear headphone from the series developed in collaboration with DJ and music producer TIËSTO. Its closed-back on-ear design is suitable for the studio, stage and use on the go.

The 40 mm drivers are designed for playback at high volume levels. Combined with a sensitivity of 115 dB SPL/V and a rated input power of 500 mW, the headphones are designed for DJ monitoring and listening to music. 40 mm drivers provide the basis for dynamic playback.

For transport, the ear cups can be folded in using the 3D-Axis folding mechanism and stored compactly. Components made from XRP³ glass-fibre-reinforced polymer combine a robust construction with low weight. The 3D-Axis folding mechanism makes the headphones more compact for use on the go.

The 3 m cable ends in a gold-plated 3.5 mm jack plug; a gold-plated 6.3 mm screw-on adapter is also included. This lets you connect the headphones to devices with a suitable 3.5 mm or 6.3 mm jack socket. 3.5 mm jack with 6.3 mm adapter covers both connection sizes.

With its closed-back sound design, folding mechanism and long cable, this model is suited to DJ and studio setups as well as listening to music on the go. For monitoring and mobile use, the key features are the noise isolation, foldable construction and two jack sizes.
