2. Trasmissione ordine

L'ordine ci viene inviato via e-mail. A seguito Le verrà recapitato in tempo reale una conferma d'ordine via e-mail, a conferma dell'oggetto del Suo ordine. L'ordine verrà elaborato al più presto. Nel caso l'ordine subisse un ritardo nella consegna, Le verrà data relativa comunicazione.

3. Ricerca

Digitate la parola di riferimento nella casella dedicata e confermate con il tasto invio. Nel caso vi fossero più parole di riferimento collegate da una "e",  tra queste deve essere posto un interspazio.

Tramite la casella "altre opzioni di ricerca", la ricerca può essere definita meglio o limitata nel prezzo.

"L'indice A-Z" vi permette un accesso diretto a tutte le ns. rubriche.

4. Indicazioni di prezzo

Tutti i prezzi sono tenuti in Euro e soggetti a possono subire variazioni, salvo errori. I prezzi si intendono imposta di valore aggiunto germanica inclusa, che secondo la legge vigente equivale al 19 %.

5. Pagamento e fatturazione

La consegna avviene ad pagamento anticipato, in contrassegno oppure via addebito bancario. Rivenditori ed enti pubbliche vengono forniti previo accordo.

6. Tempi di consegna

Sarà ns. cura di consegnare la merce al più presto possibile. Considerato che la maggior parte degli articoli sono disponibili pronta consegna, il Suo ordine viene evaso il giorno stesso e consegnato il giorno successivo. Nel caso l'articolo non fosse "on stock", La contatteremo immediatamente e le proporremo una nuova data di consegna.

Second Choice articles are demonstration devices or samples. It is possible that the packaging is either damaged or completely missing. Apart from that some of these articles have small optical defects (traces of use). They do not have any effect on the operativeness of the product.

If you buy a Second Choice article, you receive a full functioning device at an affordable price.

What are Second Choice articles?

· articles without original packaging
· articles with small optical defects
· articles with slight traces of use
· demonstration devices

Where do Second Choice articles come from?

· Returns from customers: For example, customers use their right of withdrawal and send the article back.
· Demonstration devices from the shop, which are no longer needed.

What about the warranty?

Can I exchange a Second Choice article?

Second Choice articles are sold as second-hand articles and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned. If any defects occur, you will get the usual warranty and we give you full support.
