1. General
A order can be cancelled within two weeks after reception. The withdrawal must be made in writing by e-mail, fax, letter or by sending the order back. In order to adhere to a time limit a dispatch in time is sufficient. An explanation is not necessary.
2. Goods exempt from retraction
2.1 Goods which are custom-made or made to explicitly fit the needs of the user.
2.2 Goods, which show no aptitude for being sent back, due to their nature,
or spoil easily or would be no good any more on arrival ( flowers, perishable food ) .
Exceptions are e.g. vine, tea, coffee.
2.3 Audio or video recording as well as software when opened by user.
3. Cancelation of a contract
With the application of your right to cancel within the agreed time limit the contract will be cancelled.
Already provided services must be given or paid back. In case you coevally placed a loan financing contract, this contact will be affected by the withdrawal as well. Primer payments will be returned in the form of a cheque.
4. Reconsignment
In case of a withdrawal sent the items back to the following address

Up to a order value of 40 Eur reconsignments must be send back with a proper post pay, unless the delivered items are not the ones you ordered. We take over charges for reconsignments of orders which exceed a order value of 40 Eur, by sending a freeway-stamp, issued by the German Postal Service, upon your request. Please keep in mind that we don't accept reconsignments we receive unfranked, due to organizational reasons.
We only accept reconsignments that include the original package, all accessories, instructions and the prove of purchase. We'll issue a gift certificate in exchange for the reconsignment which we'll in cash upon your request. Items that show signs of use, custom-made items or software that has been opened are exempt from retraction.
