The Recordcase warranty products:

The recordcase warranty products are offering a complete hardware protection for all products which are assured with such a warranty at the purchase. You can safe advantages by the extra purchase of the warranty prducts which are including much more than the normal manufacturer warranty. 
The 36 or 60 months protection on material and production mistakes guarantees you no more extra costs if the protected product is getting defective within the normal warranty time therefor a hardware defect like the above pointed reasons. Spare parts and working time are completely included in the warranty protection. The invoice with the purchased item and the warranty product are the proof and the legitimation to get the benefit of the warranty protection in case of any hardware defect. The price for the warranty products needs to be paid only one time and is valid 36 or 60 months. By the cooperation with international insurances the warranty products are including extra proctection aganst any other unforeseen, awkward, suddenly appearing defects or destruction of the protected hardware by using the below listed rules: 

Cases:

- Awkwardness ( Wrong , Falling down, Crash, Fluid)  

- Mechanical force, implosion or any other effect under pressure

- Water or liquid of any kind without own or foreign part influence.

- Elementary defects like thunderstom, frost, avalanches, floods, falling rocks etc.

- Fire, thunder, explosions of any kind and also damages caused by the fire-extinguishing.

- Scorch and smoldering, smoke and soot by external influence

- Indirect lightning

- Directly effect of electric. Energy due to ground fault, short circuit, over voltage, etc.

- Material and manufacturing defects.

- Over-or under-voltage, electronic charge, electromagnetic interference.

-* (*only Full Protection) Protects your valuable gear from burglary, theft and Force Majeure (acts of god - such as power surges from lightning strikes etc)  - any accidental damage to power supplies, displays etc is also included in the cover (note: in some cases (theft damage etc) and depending on particular product warranty, an excess may apply). In the case of total write-off (eg fire, uneconomical repair costs, etc) within a 36 or 60 month term, you are entitled to a new replacement device under the terms of the Recordcase product guarantee.
As described in the following pages, even a brand/manufacturer change is possible!
For an extra charge you are entitled to improvements by way of upgrades to the device by your Recordcase consulting engineer. Since the product warranty refers to the equipment serial number, you can even sell your equipment within the cover period. The warranty remains in force as long as the new owner is informed about the rights and obligations of the product warranty (details in information folder).

Depending on the value and group the results are different guarantee products. Another Distinction is due to the XXL warranty that the theft protection contains.

Warranty XL

36 or 60 month warranty and warranty including 36 or 60 month warranty coverage, according to XL table with a deductible for damage caused by awkwardness.

Warranty XXL

36 or 60 month warranty and warranty including 36 or 60 months, according to XXL warranty coverage table with extra protection against burglary, theft and robbery. Retention for damage caused by awkwardness, burglary, theft and robbery.
