1. General

The offer on this site is actually directed towards end consumers, who have their residence in the EU. Exceptions require special acknowledgements/agreements!

2. Delivery times

Your order will be processed immediately. If it's not possible to process your order immediately it will be processed on the next business day upon receipt. In general your order will be delivered on the same day (availability under reserve).

3. Packaging- and Shipping costs

3.1 Generally we charge a delivery expenses-flat rate in the amount of 6 Euros for each order.

3.2 If you choose the C.O.D. (cash on delivery) - payment option, we will charge a fee in the amount of 4,50 Euros for shipping via the German Post AG, or 7,50 Euros for shipping via DPD (German Parcel Service).The German Post AG will raise additional C.O.D-fees in the amount of 2 Euros per delivery.

3.3 Bulk goods and packages with more than 30 kg will be charged with the actual shipping fees. In that case you will be informed via email or phone in advance. If you think that your order falls under this category please check the delivery expenses at our shipping department before making your order. We hardly charge higher delivery expenses than stated under 3.1.

3.4 Deliveries to foreign EU countries will be charged with delivery expenses in the amount of 9,90 Euros for each order. Please note that customs duty might be raised for orders delivered to countries outside the European Union.

3.5. All terms of delivery stated under 3.1. thru 3.4 are strictly directed towards end consumers.
Resellers will willingly get the information about delivery expenses by email.

4. Delay

In the event of delay in transit you will be informed via email or telephone.

5. Subsequent deliveries

Should a part of the ordered goods not be available, we will additionally deliver these goods without
charging delivery expenses.
