Short Description:
The last three decades have seen over 50.000 DJs worldwide performing their music with a MAC mixer, a true legend which the new MACv Series contributes to perpetuate, as it upgrades its features in accordance to the latest technological advances.
Today·s discotheques, pubs, clubs, mobile systems and everywhere a pristine audio processing is required, can keep enjoying the legendary MAC Series, the most advanced, toughest and reliable mixer around.
Features:
• Independent input sensibility control for each channel with ±20 dB adjustment range, GAIN
• Independent 3 band tone controls for each channel with –20dB to +10 dB adjustment range on channels 1 to 5 + AUX and from CUT to +10 on all other channels of both models.
• Pre-Listening function with headphones volume control and monitoring possibility through the CUE output (with dedicated volume control) and an external amplifier.
• Assignable Talkover function with efficiency and recovery time controls.
• Phantom power supply for condenser microphones, general ON/OFF switch on front panel and individual internal settings.
• Dual VU-Meter
• The left VU-Meter displays the prefader level of the channels which have the PFL switch activated or the main mix level when none of the PFL switches is activated.
• The right VU-Meter displays the signal level of the output selected in the section below it. If none of these switches is activated, the main mix level will be displayed.
• Independent Balance for each channel and L+R switch for summing both stereo signals.
• Inputs: 3 PHONO, 4 HIGH LINE (high level line for compact discs, DAT, MP3 players), 5 LOW LINE, AUX RTN and MIX; plus four inputs ready for balanced microphones (XLR3). The AUX RTN input is also doubled on the front panel, so it can be used as an emergency input (portable CD players, portable DATs or even walkmans).
• Outputs: 2 OUT Outputs with independent volume control (OUT 1 balanced), two REC outputs and one CUE output.
• Auxiliary send for each channel, PRE or POST-fader internally configurable.
• ECLER Crossfader: Modular, removable fader with studio quality VCA and assignable to any channel via push-button with associated LED indicator. The crossfader send buses can also be used as auxiliary sends, for which separate outputs exist on the rear panel. In this case, the crossfader can be replaced with a blank cover (Ref. BC01).
• Insert Points for each of the 4 MIC channels double their function as direct outputs.
